All resources developed by the Reportorium project are the intellectual property of the project or its individual members and are protected by copyright. These materials are distributed without charge and may be used freely in other noncommercial (but not commercial) projects, subject to the restrictions that 1) you may not claim intellectual property rights to any materials originally developed by the project, 2) you must document and acknowledge any use of project materials, and 3) if your original materials incorporate or are in whole or in part derived from materials owned by the Repertorium project, you must distribute your materials without charge, except for a media charge that fairly reflects the actual media cost.

In plain language, Reportorium materials are provided as a contribution to scholarship and with the intent that they should be available freely and nobody should profit from them financially. They may be used only in projects that are compatible with this goal.
